About Us – fixgenie’s Dedication to Domestic Appliance Care
fixgenie was launched in 2020 by a collective of HVAC engineers and home-service veterans who recognized the stress and expense families face when appliances break down. Frustrated by unreliable repairmen, hidden fees, and recycled counterfeit parts, our founders set out to create a transparent, professional service that Pakistan could trust. From our Karachi headquarters, we built a rigorous technician-certification program in partnership with leading appliance brands—Haier, Dawlance, Samsung, Whirlpool—training dozens of professionals in factory-standard diagnostics, repair techniques, and customer service excellence.
Our mobile-workshop fleet, fully stocked with calibrated tools, OEM spare parts, and consumables, ensures most repairs are completed on the first visit. We integrate digital fault-logging: every service call begins with a systematic checklist—electrical, mechanical, refrigerant checks—recorded on our custom app. Customers receive a clear, itemized quote before work commences; no hidden surcharges, no surprises. Once approved, technicians perform repairs—compressor replacements, gasket renewals, thermostat calibrations—and conduct a post-service performance test to validate restored functionality. Detailed service reports, with before/after photos and digital signatures, are sent via SMS and email for your records.
By mid-2022, fixgenie expanded to Lahore and Islamabad, replicating our service standards and mobile-fleet protocols. We launched a dedicated customer-care hotline, offering 24/7 remote troubleshooting and emergency dispatch. Our preventive-maintenance subscriptions cover bi-annual checkups—cleaning coils, inspecting seals, testing controls—reducing breakdown frequency by up to 60 %. A fully integrated CRM tracks warranties, part lifecycles, and customer feedback, enabling proactive outreach for upcoming service needs.
