Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the service. By using any feature, you agree to all Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms may change at any time.
Account Information
To access restricted features, you must register with a valid email and password. You promise that all information is accurate and complete. You are responsible for securing your credentials. Unauthorized account activity remains your responsibility.
Lawful Conduct Only
You must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized data access, distribution of harmful content, and harassment. You agree not to disrupt service integrity. Violations can lead to immediate account suspension.
Content License
Content you submit remains your property, subject to the license granted to operate the service. You warrant that you own or control the rights to your content. We may remove content that violates any law or these Terms. We assume no responsibility for third-party claims.
Payment Terms
Certain features require payment of fees as listed at the time of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and non-refundable, except as explicitly noted. You agree to pay applicable taxes. Payment failures may suspend your access to paid features.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least forty-eight hours before renewal. You can manage auto-renewal in your account settings. Cancellation does not refund the current period. You remain liable for any charges until cancellation takes effect.
Service Changes
We may alter, suspend, or discontinue any feature at our discretion, with or without notice. Significant changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days prior. No compensation is owed for service changes. Continued use implies acceptance.
Termination Rights
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if you breach these Terms or for operational reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable. All licenses granted herein end upon termination. You must delete any downloaded materials.
Intellectual Property Rights
All software, design, and content are protected under intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited right to use. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited. Violators may face legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the full extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past twelve months. This limitation applies whether liability arises in contract, tort, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions may not allow this limitation.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes first pursue informal resolution. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes proceed to arbitration or courts in that jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal fees unless decided otherwise.
